POSITION SUMMARY The Assistant Property Manager supports the Property Manager in the day-to-day operations, and overall management of ESRT’s multifamily residential portfolio. This role works closely with the property management, leasing, and on-site teams to ensure exceptional resident satisfaction, operational efficiency, financial performance, and compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations. The Assistant Property Manager serves as a key liaison between residents, building staff, vendors, and management, ensuring seamless communication, high service standards, and effective execution of building operations.
