Overview

In the Data & Artificial Intelligence Office, within the A.I. Delivery Center structure, you will be responsible for designing, developing, releasing, and maintaining Machine Learning, Generative AI, and Agentic AI solutions. You will work closely with machine learning engineers, data scientists, domain experts, project managers, and other application teams.

You will contribute to the integration of AI Assisted Coding and AgenticOps practices into development processes, fostering the evolution of the team's operating methods. You will also support the adoption of data and AI platforms, such as Databricks, and develop cross-functional services to support various vertical projects.

What will your activities be

  • You will use AI-assisted programming tools in development processes, also contributing to their dissemination and standardization across different teams.
  • You will leverage data and AI platforms, such as Databricks, to develop projects while promoting their adoption.
  • You will design and develop cross-functional AI services to support the common needs of vertical projects.
  • You will participate in the various phases of ML, GenAI, and Agentic AI projects, from architecture definition to prototyping, from data pipeline engineering to production deployment, through to code optimization and maintenance.

Who we are looking for

If you have the following characteristics, we are waiting for you:

  • At least 5 years of experience in AI projects.
  • Degree in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Data Science, Statistics, Physics, or related quantitative fields.
  • Experience developing AI projects in Python (e.g., data pipelines with pandas, machine learning models with scikit-learn, agentic systems with LangGraph or ADK).
  • Experience in DevOps and MLOps.
  • Use of AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code, Codex, Antigravity, GitHub Copilot, Cline, OpenCode).
  • Databricks
  • Fluent in Italian and English.
