Salary conditions

2000 EUR/month

We offer salary negotiation starting at this amount. The final salary level depends on professional qualifications and experience.

In the position of Acquisition Manager, your tasks will be:

  • monitor the competitive environment within the region,
  • identify opportunities for acquiring new suitable potential clients,
  • identify the needs of potential clients,
  • define business terms in the offer for the client in accordance with the bank's business policy,
  • actively manage the acquisition process in the region and acquire non-clients of the bank,
  • support cross-selling of products and services,
  • share your experience, educate other colleagues, and assist other colleagues with acquisitions.

In this position, you will have a company car at your disposal.

Required experience

The position is suitable for candidates with education:

  • secondary education with graduation certificate
  • Experience in the position/field
  • experience in direct sales of financial products
  • Years of experience: 2

Required skills, qualifications, and knowledge

You are a suitable candidate for us if:

  • you have at least 2 years of experience in direct sales of financial products,
  • you can easily navigate financial statements of small entrepreneurs,
  • you can actively use MS Office,
  • you enjoy communicating and can help clients find optimal solutions,
  • you have argumentation skills and business acumen,
  • English language and education in economics are an advantage.
