Key Responsibilities:
- Review talent platforms and compile a weekly list of branded content to pitch
- Analyze weekly talent performance (top-performing content, areas for improvement, engagement rates, etc.) and provide recommendations
- Support prospecting efforts: drafting communications, researching brand ideas to approach
- Participate in talent scouting
- Create and update various reports
- Provide logistical support for public relations, gifting, and events
- Prepare weekly reports for each talent
- Support brand research for collaborations (finding the right contacts, drafting pitch emails, adding links to creator content)
Desired Profile:
- Recent graduate or young professional with a bachelor's degree in public relations, marketing, business, or communications.
- Organized, autonomous, and capable of managing time well while maintaining a strong work ethic.
- Proficiency in English is essential; French/English bilingualism is a significant asset
- Passionate about influencer marketing and the creator economy — an interest in fitness or beauty is an asset
- Strong interest in social media and its marketing strategies, and knowledge of the Quebec audience
- Knowledge of or curiosity about public relations, collaborations, and sponsorships
- Eager to start a career in talent management and influencer marketing
Parameters and Benefits: Duration: 16 weeks Schedule: Full-time (30 to 40 hours per week) Compensation: Although our internships are unpaid, a $500 stipend is provided at the end of the 16-week program. Possibility of full-time hiring: This decision will depend on the success of the internship, mutual agreement between the parties, and recruitment needs at the appropriate time.
