Women’s Foundation California
Advancing gender, racial, and economic justice in California.
Who we are
The Women’s Foundation California (WFC) is committed to advancing gender, racial, and economic justice through strategic investments in community-led organizations and leadership training. Operating entirely remotely within California, WFC fosters an inclusive workplace that encourages applications from people of color, LGBTQ+ individuals, and others with marginalized identities.
What we do
WFC invests in, trains, and connects community leaders to drive systemic change. We provide grants to community-led organizations, train leaders through the Solís Policy Institute, and convene advocates, donors, policymakers, and other stakeholders to strengthen the social justice movement in California. Our work is grounded in the belief that equitable solutions arise from community-driven initiatives.
