We Are Purposeful is a dedicated organization with African roots that empowers young feminists and changemakers. Born from a commitment to social justice and equality, we work to support girls’ activism across the globe while staying true to our mission of creating a better, more equitable world. Our approach is straightforward and hands-on, focusing on real-world impact and tangible change.

Our team

Our team is made up of approximately 57 passionate professionals based in London, UK, and beyond. Every team member plays a vital role in driving initiatives that create opportunities for girls and young women. We value collaboration and accountability, and we actively listen to the voices within our organization. We believe that a driven, diverse, and dedicated team forms the backbone of our success and our ability to inspire change on a global scale.
