Spiral Skills is a dynamic social enterprise based in Central Brixton, UK, dedicated to empowering young people from underserved communities. For decades, we have transformed lives by developing skills and connecting youth with meaningful opportunities. As we transition into a charity, our commitment to inclusivity and growth remains at the forefront of our mission.
What we do
Our organization offers innovative employability programs to enhance the skills, attitudes, and aspirations of young people aged 14-25. We collaborate with pupil referral units, schools, and colleges to deliver tailored support through our three-tiered employability programs. Additionally, we host immersive industry events and our annual Futures Festivals, connecting youth with inspiring career opportunities. Our personalized employability mentoring services are dedicated to guiding Lambeth residents aged 16-30, helping them navigate challenges and achieve their goals.
