Founded in 2000, Scotland's International Development Alliance is a community of members committed to creating a fairer world. Based in Edinburgh, we bring together dedicated professionals from diverse backgrounds to address poverty, injustice, and environmental challenges. Our origins lie in a shared vision of effective international development and a determination to support communities in need, both locally and globally.
Our team
Our team is small but dynamic, currently comprising around 17 professionals who work collaboratively in a flexible environment. With many team members operating remotely from various locations, we ensure that every voice is heard. Our inclusive culture enables us to share ideas openly, gain insights from real-world experiences, and collectively drive impactful change throughout the international development sector.
