Rockwood Leadership Institute
Transforming leaders for equity, liberation, and sustainability.
Who we are
Rockwood Leadership Institute supports leaders in transforming themselves, their communities, and the world toward equity, liberation, and sustainability.
We achieve this by providing robust and practical training to individual leaders and cohorts, strengthening the organizations and movements they represent. Our commitment to values influences every aspect of our organization—what we do and how we do it.
What we do
Our programs focus on developing leadership skills that promote social justice, equity, and sustainability. We offer a variety of training programs, fellowships, and partnerships designed to meet the needs of diverse leaders and organizations. Our training emphasizes trust, integrity, transformation, healing, sustainability, and self-care. We work extensively with Black, Indigenous, Latinx, and Asian leaders, providing them with tools and opportunities to support their communities effectively.
