ReScape is a San Francisco–based nonprofit advancing regenerative landscaping through education, workforce development, rated landscapes, and policy advocacy.
Who we are
Born in 2009 in the San Francisco Bay Area, ReScape is a nonprofit educating and advocating for a whole-systems, regenerative approach to landscaping. We equip professionals, communities, and public agencies with nature-based tools to address climate change, biodiversity loss, water challenges, and soil health.
Our team
We’re a small, mission-driven team based in San Francisco, supported by interns, a committed board, and a statewide network of partners, raters, and qualified professionals. Since 2009, our programs have reached 4,800+ landscape professionals and 950+ home gardeners, and recognized 140+ civic, commercial, and residential projects through our Rated Landscapes Program.
