What is Raisely?
Raisely is a fundraising platform built for nonprofits and charities, founded in 2016 in Australia. The product lets organizations build branded donation pages, run peer-to-peer fundraising campaigns, manage workplace giving, and process direct-debit donations. Raisely powers fundraising for thousands of nonprofits worldwide and has helped raise over $1 billion for causes.
Raisely is a Certified B Corporation and was acquired by Alpine Software Group in 2022, while continuing to operate independently with the same mission.
Where will I work?
Raisely is fully remote across Australia and New Zealand. The team works from wherever they're happiest, with coworking-space costs or a home-office allowance covered by the company. Annual in-person retreats bring the whole team together.

A small (~28 person), values-driven, B-Corp team focused on supporting nonprofits. The culture emphasises transparency, social impact, async-first remote collaboration, and a deeply pragmatic approach to engineering and product work.
Work-Life Balance
Raisely runs a 4-day work week — 30.4 hours over 4 days at full pay. Employees choose their own "Gift Day" off (any day of the week). New starters work a 5-day/38-hour week for the first 3 months while ramping up, then transition to the 4-day week as part of the standard policy. After a 3-month trial of the policy, Raisely reported a 10% productivity increase despite a 20% reduction in hours.
