The company operates a hybrid working model, with team members splitting time between the gallery and workshop spaces in Greenwich and working remotely. Given the nature of the work — running exhibitions, workshops, and community events — some roles require regular in-person presence at the venue, while planning, communications, and administrative work can be done remotely.

With approximately 11 employees, Queercircle is a small, passionate team of curators, programme managers, community workers, and operations staff. The team brings together expertise in contemporary art, community health, LGBTQIA+ advocacy, and event management, united by a shared commitment to creating inclusive spaces and driving positive change for queer communities.
