We live in a world of interconnected global challenges, and our current model for tackling them isn't working.

PolyLoop serves as a policy and impact mapping tool helping transform monitoring and evaluation practices globally. We are creating a collaborative community working together on societal goals whilst helping solve globally complex wicked problems through innovative technology and human-centered design.

What We Do

Polyloop.io is a first-of-its-kind digital twin for strategic plans and goals which allows public organizations to deliver outcomes and societal impact. It standardizes strategic plans and KPI monitoring for public bodies, academia, and health sectors. It can be categorized as a decision-making tool within the SaaS GovTech space.

Polyloop embeds a unified, customer-centric culture across its design, product development, sales, and customer engagement teams. We recognize the problems we tackle are not just technical but also customer-found and customer-led. Our multidisciplinary teams are cross-functional and focus on transforming government and cities with a user-centric and co-design approach. After securing investment, we can offer this exciting opportunity to work in a mature Seed/Series A GovTech platform with global traction from the outset—fundamentally transforming the impact cities and public bodies make with their spending.

Our Mission & Impact

We're on a mission to help governments, cities, and public organizations make data-driven decisions that create real societal value. By providing clear visibility into how policies and initiatives perform against their intended outcomes, we enable public sector leaders to optimize their impact and use taxpayer funds more effectively.

Our Team

Polyloop was born from a multidisciplinary team of researchers, designers, developers, strategists, and makers who work on challenges by creating public value. Ralf and Jak are co-founders of an impact consultancy working on over £300 million of public value projects, from which this idea was born.

We are a distributed team of 45 professionals based in multiple cities across the UK and India, bringing together diverse perspectives and expertise. Our collaborative, remote-friendly culture embraces flexibility while maintaining strong connections through purposeful communication and shared goals.
