Based in the San Francisco Bay Area (Walnut Creek), Oguz Law is a technology-forward law firm focused on immigration, asylum, business, trademark, and personal injury law. We help entrepreneurs, investors, families, and injury victims navigate U.S. legal systems with clear guidance and caring advocacy. Our multilingual team serves clients across California and internationally, combining deep legal expertise with accessible, modern service.

Our team

We are nearly 90 legal professionals—attorneys, paralegals, coordinators, and specialists—led by founder Dorukhan K. Oguz (UC Berkeley Law). As a multicultural and multilingual team (including English, Türkçe, and Español), we work collaboratively across practice areas to deliver tailored strategies. From client intake and research to filings with USCIS and the USPTO, our team uses streamlined processes and the latest tools to move cases forward efficiently and transparently.
