About Justuno
What is Justuno?
Justuno is a conversion optimization SaaS platform — popups, banners, spin-to-win, e-commerce quizzes, lead magnets and exit offers — used by e-commerce brands to convert anonymous website visitors into customers. Justuno was founded in 2011 by Erik and Travis Logan, two California-native buddies who first met in the snowboarding industry. After launching Sierra Snowboard (a $20M online retail business), they set out to help every online business in the world succeed through "one (uno) simple solution." Eleven years in, Justuno powers personalised website experiences for 133,000+ active users.
The company is proudly self-funded — no VC capital, no exit pressure — and lists SOC2 compliance, deep integrations with Shopify and Klaviyo, and a sizeable agency partner programme. Justuno's customers see a 135% increase in revenue during their first year on the platform.
Where will I work?
Justuno is fully remote, US-based, and rooted in Fairfax, California (where the co-founders are based). The team of 50 operates entirely online with no central office — a model the founders have leaned into for the long haul.
What is the Justuno team like?
Founders Erik and Travis describe Justuno as "a team of tenacious, innovative, results-driven individuals that regard each other as an eclectic family." Travis Logan, CTO and co-founder, is also explicit about the company's bootstrapped story: "Bootstrapped Co-founder and CTO of Justuno, where I led the growth from zero to $5–10M in revenue. I specialize in building scalable infrastructure and data-driven solutions that unlock business growth." The culture is entrepreneurial and self-funded with "all wins celebrated together" and a deliberate appreciation for different perspectives.
Work-Life Balance
Justuno moved to a four-day workweek on 28 January 2022, giving the entire team Fridays off. The founder letter explains the move verbatim: "Work shouldn't suck. Sunday scaries shouldn't define your weekend. And the burnout everyone is feeling from the continued impact of COVID-19 isn't something we want to contribute to. Rather, we want to encourage our team to take care of themselves, decompress, and focus on the life side of work-life balance." Customer support coverage is maintained Monday through Friday via a split schedule.
Justuno also operates an unlimited vacation policy on top of the 4-day week — leaning into Parkinson's Law ("work will fill the space you give it") to encourage focused efficiency during the working week.
Perks and Benefits
From the founder letter, the Justuno About page and the careers page: unlimited vacation policy, four-day workweek (Fridays off for the whole team since January 2022, with support coverage maintained on a split schedule), fully remote US-based team, self-funded company with all wins celebrated together, SOC2-compliant culture and tooling. The team is small (50 people) and the founder communication style is direct — major policy shifts like the 4-day week are announced as open letters from Erik and Travis themselves.
