Where will I work?
Infigo has two physical headquarters and a globally-distributed remote team. Verbatim from careers: "Our main UK headquarters are located in the leafy village of Lindfield, West Sussex, UK, in addition to our Moldova offices, which are based in their capital, Chisinau." The 45-strong remote team spans the UK, Germany, Moldova, Spain, and India. The company offers full work-from-anywhere flexibility plus office working in either HQ: "Whether you are happier working from home or prefer the hustle and bustle of the office, or a mixture of both, we can also accommodate."
What is the Infigo team like?
Infigo is Great Place to Work® certified and has earned recognition as one of the UK's Best Workplaces™ in Tech and one of UK's Best Workplaces™ for Wellbeing. Three employee testimonials on the careers page name Hannah Wares (Customer Support Manager), Antonia Fagan (Partnership Growth Manager), and Ben Mitchell (Junior Front End Developer, who joined as an apprentice in customer support and progressed to front-end development).
Leadership voices the company's ambition publicly. Julie Minn (Head of HR and Legal) has said: "As a tech company, we not only want to be innovative with the solutions we provide for the print industry, but we also want to be a trailblazer as an employer."
Work-Life Balance
Infigo officially adopted a permanent 4-day working week in October 2023 after a successful 18-month trial that began in June 2022 as part of the UK 4 Day Week Global pilot. The trial included 60 UK companies and was analysed by the University of Cambridge and Boston College. Verbatim from the announcement post: "we can now confirm that the compressed week will become a permanent move." CEO and Founder Douglas Gibson described the trial: "We were at a meeting with some partners in Belgium, and they practically laughed us out of the room when we mentioned we were trialling a 4-day week. However, our employees have embraced it, and we have seen the benefits across the organisation."
Measured results from the cross-company trial: sick days fell by a third; attrition dropped by 57%; company revenue increased by 1.4% on average over the trial period, and by 35% when compared to the same six-month period in 2021. Customer support continues to run 5 days a week, 9–6pm GMT — Infigo invested in additional technical-support analysts and extended hours to maintain coverage despite the shorter staff week.
