About Groupe Ténor
What is Groupe Ténor?
Groupe Ténor is a French digital-transformation company and the leading integrator of Divalto ERP/CRM solutions — "Baryton est le premier intégrateur des solutions Divalto et expert de la transformation numérique." In July 2025 the group rebranded to Baryton ("Groupe Ténor : Une nouvelle identité pour une nouvelle maturité"), and in 2026 it celebrated its 40th anniversary, so the brand carries roughly four decades of experience. (Note: the company now operates at baryton-solutions.com; testimonials still refer to "Baryton (anciennement Groupe Ténor)".)
Beyond ERP/CRM, Baryton offers the Flexio no-code platform, treasury management (as an Agicap partner), business intelligence and IT & Cloud services. It is a Divalto Elite partner (2025), a repeat "Divalto d'Or" winner, and holds ScoreFact and Qualiopi certifications — the latter tied to its in-house training arm, the Ténor Academy ("La Ténor Academy vous forme, Baryton vous recrute!").
Where will I work?
Baryton is headquartered at 15 Avenue de Saria in Serris (77700), east of Paris, and runs eight agencies across France: Paris, Lyon, Strasbourg, Calais, Nantes, La Rochelle, Dijon and Besançon — so most roles can be based near clients across the country. A formal remote-working charter ("une charte télétravail") gives staff the option to work from home alongside time in the regional offices, and the company recruits trained talent through its own Ténor Academy.
What is the team like?
The team spans the consultancy's core functions — project managers, ERP developers, ERP/CRM consultants, systems & network administrators, network technicians, sales and marketing, and support staff. Baryton sums up its character in three values: Audace, Engagement, Résilience (#AUDACIEUX #ENGAGÉ #RÉSILIENT). Consultants describe a pragmatic, client-focused culture done "dans la bonne humeur" — in good spirits — and leadership puts talent at the heart of strategy: "Trouver, développer, valoriser et garder nos talents est au cœur de notre stratégie."
Work-Life Balance
Baryton runs a company-wide four-day week for all employees. After a nine-month trial, it made the policy permanent: "l'entreprise annonce sa décision d'acter définitivement la semaine des 4 jours pour l'ensemble de ses collaborateurs." Leadership frames it as a work-life-balance commitment and a sector first — "Avec la mise en place de la semaine de 4 jours, Baryton est précurseur dans son secteur." The company reports the results on its own site: 96% of staff say they have a good work-life balance, and sick-leave has fallen by a factor of 2.5 since the four-day week began.
