About Good Stuff Partners

What is Good Stuff Partners?

Good Stuff Partners is an independent, woman-owned, Certified B Corp branding and communications agency. From the about page: "Making life better for people, the planet, and animals is the simple filter for how we use our business as a force for good. It drives everything from the clients and partners we choose to work with to our business banking and beyond."

The agency was founded in 2013 by Aimee Kilmer (Founding Partner & Creative Director) and Adrian. Per the about page: "When Aimee and Adrian met, they instantly recognized they were values-aligned and ready to use their skillset for a greater purpose. Combining their 50 years of experience across brands big and small, local and international, digital to experiential, they founded Good Stuff Partners in 2013."

The agency's tagline — "BUILDING BRANDS THAT GIVE A DAMN" — captures its focus on purpose-driven work for clients whose missions align with its values.

Where will I work?

Good Stuff Partners is "proudly an in-office team at 900 Larkspur Landing Circle, Suite 115, Larkspur, CA 94939." The agency works exclusively from this Marin County office, putting it in the Bay Area but on the quieter north side of the Golden Gate.

What is the Good Stuff Partners team like?

A small, tight-knit team. Named on the about page: Founding Partners Aimee Kilmer and Adrian, plus team members Beth Schaffer (Account & Project Director), Kat Lopez-White (Project Manager), Julianne Fawsitt (Business Development Director), Rachel Ashley-Lovelace (Senior Designer, UX/UI), and Sierra Danielle (Senior Designer). The agency also describes a "Board of Furectors" alongside its executive team — a nod to the pet-friendly culture.

The team operates under a 100:80:100 model. Per founder Aimee Kilmer's North Bay Woman magazine interview: "It means our team gets 100% of their salary while working 80% of the working week while maintaining 100% of their productivity. So rather than four 10-hour days, we do four 8-hour days." Operating rhythm changes include 45-minute meetings (instead of 60), email checked twice daily for 20 minutes each, and 2-hour morning focus blocks with no interruptions.

Work-Life Balance

Every Friday is off. Vacation was restructured when the four-day week became permanent. Verbatim from the founder interview: "Before the trial, we offered unlimited PTO. But now we have every Friday off, it was no longer practical. So, we transitioned to 4 weeks of PTO for every team member, regardless of how long they've been with the agency. 16 days plus 52 Fridays is a pretty sweet deal!" That works out to 68 paid days off per year.

The agency engaged the 4-Day Work Week community "to help guide, mentor, and measure our 6-month trial's success" — and the trial converted to permanent. Client coverage on Fridays is maintained: "if a client needs something urgent on a Friday, a team member is on call to field any questions."
