Who We Are

Future Coalition is an intergenerational nonprofit organization empowering youth-led social justice movements. Founded by youth activists and headquartered in Denver, Colorado, our fully remote team of over 40 professionals is driven by the belief that young people can change the world. We provide essential resources, guidance, and platforms for emerging leaders to create meaningful, community-focused change.

Our organization was built on the understanding that young people aren't just the leaders of tomorrow—they're the leaders of today. We work at the intersection of youth organizing, social movements, and institutional change, creating the infrastructure that allows grassroots activism to flourish and scale.

What We Do

Future Coalition supports youth-led initiatives by incubating grassroots movements, funding impactful projects, and fostering a culture of knowledge-sharing and collaboration. Through programs like fiscal sponsorships and community-building initiatives, we have mobilized over 8.5 million people and collaborated with 800+ organizations nationwide.

Our work includes facilitating climate strikes, voter mobilization campaigns, and storytelling projects that shift cultural narratives. We serve as fiscal sponsors for emerging movements, providing the legal and operational infrastructure they need to focus on their organizing work. We also create spaces for young organizers to connect, learn from one another, and build the skills necessary to sustain long-term movement work.
