What is FourthRev?
FourthRev is a UK-based education-technology company that designs Career Accelerators — partner programmes delivered with leading universities to prepare learners for the digital economy. Verbatim from the careers page: "Our team is united by a common purpose to unlock human potential through reimagined education." The company is built around the conviction that work and learning should both be meaningful: "If you had a choice, wouldn't you want the time you spend working to be time well spent? We believe work should be meaningful and fulfilling, and that's reflected in what we do and how we do it."

Where will I work?
FourthRev is fully remote. Verbatim from careers: "As part of a fully remote team, you'll be able to work from wherever works best for you – whether that's from a beach in Cape Town, a café in Melbourne, or beside the fields of Magherafelt in Northern Ireland." Co-working spaces are provided "in our main employee hubs". The team spans almost every continent: "Our remote workforce means we have colleagues on (almost) every continent."
What is the FourthRev team like?

Internal training is structured around a Learning Pot and Personal Development Journey, with in-house DEI training embedded throughout. Diversity, Equity & Inclusion is operational rather than aspirational: a DEI task force runs events and initiatives; employee-led inclusivity circles meet during working hours; interviews use standardised questions, scorecards, and blind screening to remove bias; and all DEI initiatives are supported up to the Founders.
Work-Life Balance
"For most teams, flexible working hours let you own your rhythm. You'll still need to sync with your team, but we don't expect you to be online during set hours" (verbatim). FourthRev offers "various working arrangements in various roles" including part-time positions. The leave policy is genuinely flexible: "we encourage you to take a minimum of 20 flexible leave days per year."
