Forward Action is a digital mobilisation agency that drives real-world change through impactful digital campaigns. We work exclusively with progressive organisations, helping them to reach new supporters, raise funds, and make a measurable difference on critical issues. Since our inception, we have partnered with inspiring groups such as Greenpeace, Cancer Research UK, and Refuge to build powerful campaigns that move the needle on some of the biggest challenges facing society today.

Our company is built on a foundation of values, and we take pride in fostering an open, respectful, and supportive culture. Forward Action specialises in digital mobilisation, creating and executing data-driven strategies for organisations dedicated to progressive change.   • Remote work policy: Flexible remote work options across the UK, with occasional in-person meetings in London.
  • Vacation and holidays: Five weeks (21 days) of paid holiday plus bank holidays and the week between Christmas and New Year.
  • Sustainable travel allowance: Additional two days of holiday for team members who choose land or sea travel instead of flights.
  • Parental leave: Generous parental leave with 12 weeks full pay for maternity leave and six weeks for paternity or partner leave.
  • Period policy: This is a Pioneering period policy allowing one day’s leave per month as needed, with supportive amenities in the office.
  • Employee Ownership Trust: Annual profit-sharing, with employees receiving equal shares of the company’s profits.
