DOF Group ASA (OSE: DOF) is a Norwegian offshore and subsea services group headquartered in Storebø/Bergen, Norway, listed on the Oslo Børs since 2000. The Group describes itself as "a leading provider of integrated marine and subsea services to the global offshore energy market" — its operating subsidiaries combine "expertise, assets, and technology to execute integrated subsea and offshore operations safely, and reliably - every time." With over 40 years in offshore, DOF owns and operates a fleet of modern offshore/subsea vessels and provides engineering capacity for the IMR (Inspection, Maintenance & Repair), SURF (Subsea Umbilicals, Risers, Flowlines) and offshore-installation markets.

Operating centres span 11 countries: Norway, Denmark, UK, USA, Singapore, Brazil, Argentina, Canada, Angola, Philippines, and Australia. Active 2026 job listings span 14 cities including Perth and Kewdale (Australia), Houston (USA), Aberdeen (UK), Paradise and Halifax (Canada), Storebø/Bergen/Haugesund (Norway), Copenhagen (Denmark), Luanda (Angola), Macaé and Rio de Janeiro (Brazil), and Muntinlupa (Philippines). Offshore crew rotate on 4, 5 or 6-week patterns (Storebø Marine Vessel Engineer JD). UK engineering roles operate on hybrid working arrangements. What is the DOF Group team like?

Work-Life Balance
For Australian onshore engineering roles, DOF offers flexible work options including a nine (9) day fortnight or a hybrid work model, with a minimum of three (3) days in the office and two (2) days from home upon completion of probation. Australian roles also disclose purchase-leave options so employees can buy additional leave. UK onshore roles receive 30 days annual leave plus 4 public holidays and hybrid working.
