Our 4-Day Week

No more Fridays! digiLab has officially become the first tech company in the South West to start a 4-day week (32 hours). We believe that talented people do their best work when they have time to recharge, pursue personal interests, and maintain a healthy work-life balance. Our commitment to a shorter work week reflects our understanding that productivity isn't about hours logged, but about the quality of work and the well-being of our team.
