About Cyber and Fraud Centre - Scotland
Who We Are
The Cyber and Fraud Centre – Scotland is a not-for-profit, employee-first organization dedicated to ensuring Scottish organizations are as resilient as possible against cyber and fraud crime. We provide comprehensive support to help businesses protect themselves, and in the event of a cyber or fraud attack, our centre and network of partners can guide organizations through the crisis and help them resume operations swiftly.
Our mission is to ensure that every Scottish organization has the skills and knowledge needed to protect themselves against online threats. We achieve this through delivering targeted education and preventative training programs, as well as actively raising awareness of emerging threats throughout the business community.
Working at The Cyber and Fraud Centre
We are a high-performing team with a focus on genuine care and respect for one another, with our core values—focus, agility, and accountability—at the centre of how we work. We nurture our culture by supporting equality and diversity, and by helping employees achieve their professional goals as they work to bring safety to organizations around Scotland.
The cyber threat landscape is constantly evolving, making this an exciting time to join us as we continue to grow and expand our services to meet emerging challenges.
Our Culture and Well-being Commitment
We have an internal culture and well-being group that meets regularly to discuss what we've been doing and explore new initiatives to further enhance the employee experience. This employee-led approach has led to meaningful changes, including our trial of a 4-day working week—which has recently been made permanent following its success.
