Who we are
Born in 2015 in Auckland, CONQA is a quality-first construction field management platform used by site teams to capture evidence, report accurately, and get paid faster. We replace paper-heavy QA with digital checklists, sign‑offs, lot management, variations, and clear reporting—creating a single source of truth for progress claims and compliance.
Our team
We build with and for the people on the ground—supervisors, engineers, and managers delivering commercial construction and civil infrastructure. Having worked with thousands of companies globally, our software has supported hundreds of thousands of checklists and millions of reports. We’re a tight-knit, cross-functional team headquartered in Auckland, collaborating closely with customers and continuously improving the product through real-world feedback and initiatives like Innovation Week.
