About Apprenticeship Connect
What is Apprenticeship Connect?
Apprenticeship Connect (Company No. 08017040, ESFA Contractor UKPRN 10039140) is a UK apprenticeship recruitment and training provider, helping ambitious apprentices connect with quality employers across the UK. The organisation specialises in recruiting driven apprentices, delivering accredited training programmes across multiple industries, and aligning apprentices' career goals with employers' workforce needs.
Services combine personalised recruitment strategies with comprehensive training delivery — pathway design, tutoring, additional learning support, English and maths, business administration, and accountancy. The team is committed to compliance excellence and to developing the UK's future workforce.
Where will I work?
Apprenticeship Connect is fully remote — all currently advertised roles (English & Maths Teacher, Internal Recruitment & HR Manager, Accounting & Admin Tutor, Additional Learning Support / Trainee Teacher, Governor volunteer) are remote across the UK. The London-registered office handles general correspondence. Most roles work standard UK business hours, Monday to Friday, with 8.30am or 9am start times (per current JDs).
What is the Apprenticeship Connect team like?
The team of 31 includes recruitment specialists, qualified teachers, tutors, additional learning support practitioners, HR/operations staff, and leadership. The culture is described as supportive and growth-focused — investing in team development, well-being, and personal progression alongside the apprentices the company serves.
Work-Life Balance
The permanent work-life-balance benefit is the half-day Friday finish — designed to give all staff a healthier balance week-on-week. In addition, employees can use up to six 4-day-workweek credits per year, allowing them to take a shorter working week six times annually. Annual leave is 30 days inclusive of public holidays, increasing to 33 days based on length of service, plus a dedicated well-being day. Personal Swap Days let staff exchange designated public holidays for annual leave taken elsewhere in the year.
