What are the key accountabilities in this role?

·Be the go-to expert for reward-related matters, offering guidance and support to colleagues across the business.

·Support all business-as-usual reward activities, including job evaluation, salary benchmarking, benefits administration, and data analysis and reporting.

·Manage relationships with third-party suppliers and monitor contracts and service delivery so that benefits run smoothly.

·Manage reward policies, reviewing and updating to reflect business needs or changes in legislation, and maintaining governance and assurance.

·Deliver informative presentations, briefing sessions and workshops to a range of audiences on reward-related matters.

What essential skills and experience are we looking for?

·Some experience of rewards and benefits.

·Proven experience of building strong working relationships with key stakeholders to improve people management.

·Knowledge and experience of implementing best practice HR solutions.

·Excellent communication skills and ability to negotiate and influence effectively.

·Working knowledge of Microsoft Office systems including Excel, PowerPoint and Word.

·Understanding of job evaluation would be an advantage, although training is provided.
