Senior Recruitment Consultant – DACH

We’re a boutique recruitment agency based in central Amsterdam focused on headhunting the best talent in the FinTech industry. As the leading supplier of executive recruitment services across the FinTech industry our focus is on connecting great people to equally as great companies.

Our highly qualified consultants are specialists in providing candidates across our core vertical of Fintech in addition to our other specialisms including SaaS, E-commerce, Cybersecurity & Salesforce.

We are currently searching for a German speaking Senior Recruitment Consultant based out of our Amsterdam office to join our team working on permanent recruitment.

The role:

Working closely with the Western Europe Team you will take on this very warm desk to help further expand our reach within Germany & the DACH region. You will tap into our current client base and break open new opportunities through sourcing the top latent in our industry.

The mission is to help expand our presence within the DACH market, placing the best talent within some of the leading Fintech companies in Europe.

Your core focus will be:

• Full cycle business development (German & English required)
• Headhunting & candidate management
• Negotiate terms & conditions of service?
• Attending events
• Candidate management and working on your personal brand
• Embody the PCN values of People First, Empathy & Knowledge

More about you:

• Fluent in German & English
• 2+ years experience in recruitment (contracts or perm)
• Currently living in the Netherlands or open to relocate
• Passion & enjoyment for breaking into new clients & building relationships
• Understanding of one of our course industries is a huge plus (SasS, Cyber, E-Commerce or Salesforce)
