Your mission:

As the SDR Manager at Lunio you will play a crucial role in crafting and influencing our team of SDR’s. You will transform our Sales Development function, into a dynamic and innovative force. You will be expected to create a culture of excellence and revolutionise our approach to how we generate high quality leads. With a relentless commitment to continuous improvement you will join our reve on nue function to drive sustained growth and contribute to the overall success of the company.

Who You’ll Work With:

Reporting directly to the CRO and working within a robust revenue function inclusive of Partnerships, Sales and Customer Success. You will also join the Senior Management Team at Lunio playing a key role in our peoples development. This role can be based at either our Manchester HQ or London Hub on a hybrid policy.

What We Need From You:

  • A proven track record of leading B2B SaaS SDR teams focusing on the Enterprise market.
  • Experience in developing and implementing robust onboarding and coaching programs.
  • A can do attitude with a resilient mindset with the end goal to always meet and exceed expectations.
  • Strong analytic skills and experience with Salesforce, Cognism, Jiminny and Salesloft.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with your function and cross functionally with other teams.
  • A deep understanding of the sales process and frameworks such as MEDDIC.
  • A data driven approach with a track record of accurately forecasting revenue.

  • Salary Package: £70,000- £80,000 💵
  • 4 day work week: Lunio asked and we listened- our working week is Mon-Thurs. Fridays are now part of your weekend 🗓️

What Happens After You Apply:

Secondly, if your application is chosen we will shortlist you and book an informal call with our Talent team to give you the overview of who Lunio is and what a SDR Manager at Lunio really is. It also is an opportunity for you to ask us any questions… you can ask us anything!

Thirdly, you will meet with our Chief Revenue Office where they will go further into detail on expectations and what you may be responsible for should you be successful.

Lastly, you will need to prepare a presentation to deliver to our CRO and CEO based on your chosen Sales Development Strategy.
