ABOUT THE ROLE

Procurify is looking for a customer-obsessed and diligent person who is passionate about providing our customers with the best experience possible.

You will be responsible for planning and executing all customer facing communication and marketing activities, ensuring we’re creating customer programs that help our customers build strong and meaningful relationships with Procurify. Seen as the bridge between marketing and our customer facing teams this role works cross-functionally, supporting the customer throughout their entire journey with Procurify.

A key focus of this role will be building out the foundation for and amplifying customer communities of Procurify. We will need to create marketing campaigns and assets to grow, engage and retain our customer communities, including buyer communities, customer advisory boards, and partnerships.

Everyone at Procurify is a team player. A big part of this role involves building relationships internally and externally and advocating for our customers. We're seeking customer-centric people who are willing to challenge the status quo and tie our customer initiatives into our larger objectives.

What you’ll be working on

  • Develop and execute on Procurify’s customer marketing strategy across the customer lifecycle - from onboarding to expansions and renewals - to drive revenue and increase customer satisfaction, engagement, and retention
  • Build deep and meaningful relationships with our customers to ensure we have a group of satisfied customers we can contact for future marketing initiatives
  • Build pipeline for Upsell and Cross Sell, through marketing campaigns and referral programs
  • Increase win rates and conversion through differentiated programs and compelling messaging
  • Drive Customer Value Realization through improving Product Adoption Metrics
  • Act as the customer marketing subject matter expert by developing a deep understanding of Procurify’s user base including their roles, challenges, growth opportunities, and what makes them successful
  • Take ownership of all customer-facing communications including emails, newsletters, in-platform messaging, social media, surveys, and direct mail
  • Own Procurify’s customer advocacy initiatives including customer case studies, webinars, referral programs, online reviews, and customer appreciation activities
  • Work with the Customer Experience team to develop integrated customer marketing programs that align with their overall objectives and challenges
  • Work with the Product Marketing team to execute all customer communication campaigns for our feature release programs and product feedback programs
  • Source, develop, engage and retain customer, partner and buyer communities for Procurify.
  • Report on customer marketing program metrics and provide data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement

Who we’re looking for

  • 3+ years of marketing or customer success experience developed in a fast-paced environment, preferable within the technology industry
  • A customer-centric mindset, with a passion to build and nurture strong one-on-one professional customer relationships
  • Experience planning and executing impactful marketing campaigns
  • Experience building marketing materials including emails, case studies, one-pagers, guides, product promotions, presentations, and webinars
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills both internally and externally
  • Ability to interpret data and customer campaign results to continually improve our programs
  • Experience using Unbounce, Gainsight, Salesforce, and/or Marketo are a bonus!

  • Base Salary Range: $72,000 - $90,000 CAD (This range is dependent on experience and not inclusive of any bonus, commission, benefits or equity that might exist in your total compensation package.)
