The Body Coach is on a mission to make the world fitter, healthier and happier. And we are searching for a b2b marketing superhero that will be responsible for leading, defining and executing the growth strategy for our b2b offering.

We are looking for a driven individual with a strong background in SaaS B2B sales or  employee benefits offering background who can establish or adopt a framework for our B2B offering, strategy and sales.

We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about supporting The Body Coach in an exciting new chapter. You will be obsessed with all things marketing - planning, data, execution, long-term vision and experimentation.

To be successful in this role you will be responsible for and have experience in:

  • Have full ownership and autonomy for closing business within current and your own sales pipeline and to target strategic accounts
  • To develop new business and drive sales growth for the Body Coach B2B offering
  • Implement the strategic value proposition and achieve revenue objectives through new business. Running a full sales cycle, from initial contact to close, to drive new growth
  • Maintain high-quality service by establishing and enforcing organisational standards
  • Work closely with Product/Engineering to ensure our B2B offering is fit for purpose for our customers
  • Manage current accounts and customers to ensure good relationship, services, smooth renewal or repurchases
  • Demonstrated recent experience in a Sales or Account Management role
  • Experience selling SaaS/ employee benefit solutions to local and large organisations
  • You will work closely with our product/engineering team and analyse customer behaviour data to develop our B2B CRO roadmap and report on analytics to our key B2B customers
  •  We know what channels have worked for us in the past. You will identify and prove new channel opportunities through experimentation before scaling.

About you:

  • You are a creative and passionate individual that is excited about the opportunity to support The Body Coach mission to make the world fitter, healthier and happier by grow our B2B business and offering You are able to manage your own work load and time; use your initiative and can effectively project manage all B2B pipeline, sales and accounts management.
  • You can think creatively about B2B and sales campaigns including how to write, design and execute them for the biggest impact.
  • You understand the value of data, love numbers and analytics, and are able to identify trends so we can report user engagements and insights back to our customers to make sure our B2B offering is delivering value to our customers
  • Experience: You will have 10+ years previous B2B sales and account management roles in a fast-paced start-up or brand.

Salary Banding £70,000 - £85,000 per annum

Most of us work hybrid remote (London), coming in to the office on Thursdays - aka as "fitness Thursdays" where we all take part in physical exercise. Some of our team work 100% remote within the UK.
