Hiring process
For most roles our hiring process is:
- Introductory call: To talk about values and Buffer culture.
- Call with line manager: To learn more about your background & experience.
- Take home exercise: Showcase your technical skills!
- Call with 2 Engineers: A joint interview to get to know you. No coding, no whiteboard.
The whole process takes around 5 weeks.
