Salisbury University is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Standardized Patient (Contingent I) in the Medical Simulation Center. Please note this will be 100% remote work & you must be between 18 and 35 years of age.

Primary Job Duties: Using acting skills, demonstrates basic or complex symptom(s) or problem(s) of healthcare situations. These situations vary from short single symptom issues, to long-scripted multifaceted hands-on health care scenarios. These scenarios provide opportunities to educate and evaluate learners. This position will interact emotionally with learners to provide most realistic settings.

Minimum Qualifications: High School or GED.

Preferred Qualifications: Some college is preferred. No experience is required, but prior experience in performing arts, acting, and working in front of groups is beneficial.

This is a remote, part-time, non-exempt, contractual position. Starting salary is $17.36 per hour.
