// DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a ‘get sh*t done’ Senior Producer to join our independent game team. You will be working on WARDOGS, our Multiplayer All Out Warfare Shooter.
You will be embedded in the team working closely with one of our core disciplines, acting as part of a tight-nit production unit. We champion giving devs the autonomy and accountability to deliver their work, your job is to steer the team towards game build deadlines!
In this role as a Senior Producer, you’ll be expected to track and maintain the production schedule, make sure the team is moving at a healthy pace, maintain the roadmap for your team and co-ordinate with all leads and producers to ensure we deliver above all else a top-quality game.
This Senior Producer role is more focused on Project Management than design, please keep this in mind when applying, but there’s nothing wrong with having an opinion and speaking your mind!
This is an in-studio role and this is non-negotiable however; we can offer bespoke relocation packages.
All candidates must be based in and have the right to work in the UK. At this time we are unable to offer any visa sponsorship.

// RESPONSIBILITIES
-Drive the development team by creating plans and roadmaps
-Facilitate conversations between key people across different departments
-Understand the business goals of the game
-Make sure the team are on track for successfully hitting milestones
-Listen to the department leads and work with them to develop a 'AAA' quality game
// REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
-+4 Years experience of driving projects forward in any industry.
-Experience with different Project Management styles and tools.
-Interest in First Person Shooters such as Battlefield, Apex, and Warzone
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
// DESIRABLE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
-Experience in the games industry
-Experience in an indie game team
-Experience with outsourcing and/or co-development
