We are looking for a Securities Insurance Assistant (Part-Time Remote) responsible for the specific duties listed below.

Your specific duties will include:

  • Preparing for client meetings and product applications and submitting to various vendors.
  • Tracking business until it is issued and paid.
  • Paperless office, manage cloud-based database (Redtail Technology).

Specific qualifications for the position include:

  • 2-5 years of Financial Services Industry experience (Securities and Life Insurance) is required.
  • Stays organized and assists advisor in daily meetings to plan for the day and stay on track.
  • Computer savvy, especially with Microsoft Excel, online database management, email and calendar management using Microsoft Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Comfortable speaking on the phone with clients and vendors.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidates qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental, and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
