As a Recruitment Administrator you will be at the heart of the Recruitment Team providing support to the Talent Acquisition Managers throughout the recruitment process.

You will be the face of BULKHEAD for all new employees joining the studio, ensuring our new starters have a smooth and stress-free onboarding experience that sets them up for success in their new role.

BULKHEAD expects that you have extraordinary communication skills with a presentable personality. You should also have excellent time management skills and the ability to manage tasks in an effective and efficient manner.

This is a varied role, so we are looking for someone who is confident and proactive, who can work independently in a fast-paced environment.

// RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage applicants through BULKHEAD’s ATS

-Sending out NDA’s and ensuring they are completed before first calls

-Ensure paperwork is prepared before all interviews

-Take interview notes and send to hiring manager for review before saving to the ATS

-Produce offer letters for sign off and send to candidate, along with our new starter form and RTW link

-Produce contract for signature

  • Complete right to work checks
  • Ensure all relevant paperwork is collated from the new starter ensuring compliance

-Create a draft onboarding plan and liaise with the hiring manager to finalise all plans before sending

-Send meeting invites through our calendar system for all new starters

-Liaise with all other BULKHEAD teams to ensure the new starter process is followed i.e. IT and Facilities

-Assist with relocation where applicable

-Be the first point of contact for answering questions during the pre-onboarding process

-Manage recruitment mailboxes

-Create reports as required by the TAL on all recruitment metrics

-Any other reasonable requests made by the Talent Acquisitions Lead.

-At least 1 year in a similar role

-Efficient time management

-Excellent verbal and written communication skills

-Capable of working at speed to meet deadlines

-Ability to build strong professional relationships across the business

-Adaptability

-Previous time in a Games or Creative business

-Experience using an ATS
