As a Lead UI Designer at BULKHEAD you will be leading a team of talented UI Artists and Designers alongside bringing a passion for creating high quality user interfaces for enjoyable gameplay experiences for players.

Lead UI Designers establish, drive, and own the execution of their UI user experience vision and the resulting visual style, ensuring consistency as well as a high level of quality.

They are capable of building UI roadmaps and planning sprints for their team, effectively prioritising work to make ideal use of each team member's skills. They work closely with other disciplines to ensure designs and assets are ready in good time for the UI programming team to implement. Able to contribute to all aspects of the UI design process, they're not afraid to dive into hands-on work when necessary.

We trust our UI Designers with a large degree of autonomy throughout the development cycle, and they put the needs of their team over their own. They are empathic leaders who can keep their team of designers motivated, providing effective direction, honest feedback, and opportunities for their growth along the way. They regularly collaborate with a project’s leadership team to solve project-level issues and represent their discipline effectively both internally as well as to external partners.

You are collaborative by nature and enjoy working with others to develop concepts and ideas. You see challenges as opportunities to develop your teams skills and are you enthusiastic about honing yours and your teams technical ability and expertise.

If you have the skills and passion we are looking for and want to be part of something special, we want to hear from you!
