International Sales Lead

The role

This new addition to the team will ultimately be responsible for setting and executing Huel’s international export strategy. You will look to identify new market opportunities and devise excellent go-to-market strategies that ensure success as well as scope out the best distribution partners to work with in-market and build exceptional relationships that help to deliver our ambitions.

You’ll have full P&L responsibility for all international export markets (this excludes DACH, UK, Ireland & USA)! 📈

What we're looking for in you

• Minimum 2 years experience in international sales, and 5 years in FMCG sales.
• Experience in managing distributor relationships and has proven success examples which can be well articulated.
• Posses a strong network of contacts and distributors in markets across the world.
• Experience of launching in a new market. From scoping through to on-shelf execution.
• Needless to say, you'll be a driven and motivated self-starter!
• Someone who can communicate effectively and flex their styles when communicating internationally to people for whom English isn’t their first language.
• Willing to travel internationally when the job requires it. ✈️
