International Marketing Executive

As this role will have a focus on the German market, the successful candidate will need to be German Speaking 🇩�*

The role

• Day to day you will monitor the performance of a variety of markets, leading analysis and turning insights into actions to present to the wider business 🤓.
• You’ll work with various teams to drive and deliver the day-to-day performance of the localised markets through the website and end-to-end customer journey, assuring key metrics including conversion, CPA and margin are on target by taking appropriate actions 📊
• You will collaborate with our internal creative teams to create the strongest copy and visuals that will help merchandise our site and products 🌐
• Longer term you will define and deliver market strategies, localising Huel’s proposition to increase our relevance to localised customers.
• Combining your market knowledge with the business's expertise, you will scope out new opportunities specific to the region including delivery, payment, marketing, partnerships and product innovation (This is by no means an exhaustive list, the potential for this role is endless🥳)

What we're looking for in you

We don’t expect everyone to know everything. We are just keen for individuals who have a good understanding of how to drive performance across a business and an entrepreneurial mindset to do things better💡

• This role will best suit someone who has either a degree in marketing/business and has completed a placement year, or someone who has around 1 years of industry experience already. Maybe you have started your own business and you already know what it takes to build success 💪
• Good knowledge of Digital Marketing is essential. You'll need to be familiar with digital marketing channels, including PPC and paid social, and have a keen eye for copy and visuals that will help merchandise our site and products 🌐!
• You'll need to be able to dive into data and use our business intelligence tools (Thoughtspot & tableau) to look for market-specific insights and create action plans to resolve any issues or exploit opportunities. 📊
• We want you to bring your creativity with you as we're looking for someone who can come up with local marketing ideas and execute them with the marketing team flawlessly🎨 .
• You'll need to be someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to pivot quickly and adapt to changing priorities.
• An International mindset is vital, and additional languages are beneficial though not required🌍.
