ProcessUnity is seeking a Graphic Design Intern to assist our creative team in the production of marketing assets. This role will provide the right candidate with the opportunity to build their design portfolio and sharpen their creative skillset while working in a professional marketing organization. The Graphic Design Intern will work between 15-20 hours per week.
Please include a portfolio showcasing work samples and projects in your application.
What You'll Do:
- Develop graphic design concepts for use in social media, email, and display advertising that align with the ProcessUnity brand
- Source stock photography that aligns with the ProcessUnity brand
- Maintain and organize files in Sharepoint
- Create printed materials (datasheets, sales sheets, etc.) based on design templates
- Create digital page layouts for website and landing pages
- Perform slide cleanup and layout design in PowerPoint
Desired Experience & Skills:
- Experience with fundamental graphic design principles (Emphasis, Balance/Alignment, Contrast, Repetition, Proportion, Movement, and Whitespace)
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD)
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Ability to work independently
- Creativity
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Presentation skills; the ability to “sell” your designs
Salary: $25/hour, 15-20 hours per week
