The role

Here at Huel, we have built a really strong brand in a short amount of time, but its time we scale even further. To continue to be a rocket ship business, we want to supercharge our growth, focusing on new marketing strategies and ultimately develop, grow and scale our influencer marketing. So, we are looking for a new Global Head of Influencer's to take this on, drive the department and generate high growth for Huel *.

The 5 key pillars to the role and what you'll be focusing on are:

Influencer Marketing Strategy - developing and implementing strategy 📈

First rate ambassador program - scaling our ambassador program🚀

Brand storytellers - developing relationships with nutrition influencers 🤝

Flagship partners - finding partners who live and breathe Huel 🧑‍🤝‍🧑

Team management - managing and coaching our global team of influencer marketers 📊

What we're looking for in you

You will be someone who is able to evolve and improve Huel’s influencer strategy across the globe, with a proven track record of building and scaling ambassador programmes which in turn will to deliver incremental new customers to Huel🌏. You will be able to source and manage influencers and podcasters across the globe whilst building retail and DTC influencer campaigns to generate high growth for Huel. Leadership will be your thing. You will be managing a high performing, global team. So your ability to influence and collaborate cross-functionally is key. Finally, we're really looking for someone with a true growth mindset, you'll be ambitious, able to scale global teams and build strong relationships which will help make Huel in to a £1bn brand.
