DevOps Engineer / Linux Web Server Administrator

Our database solutions client is hiring a remote DevOps Engineer (Linux; Apache) at $62/hour (W2) to support their team in Bethesda, MD.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain, debug, and develop bash deployment scripts
• Maintain Apache Web server virtual host configurations
• Maintain Apache Solr cloud installation utilizing zookeeper

Qualifications:

• Currently maintains a U.S. Government badge with the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) PIV and ALT cards
• Ability to travel (1-2 times per year to DC) for badge renewal to maintain U.S. government credentials/badge
• 2+ years' experience in Bash scripting
