About the role

What the role is

As the Content Marketing Executive, you will hold the exciting role of being responsible for the content creation and strategy across our marketing platforms. Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, you will be an integral part of our go-to-market team, tasked with the execution of marketing systems and strategies designed to enhance our brand presence and drive business growth. This position is ideal for someone with a creative flair, a strong drive to achieve, and a keen interest in learning and professional development within content marketing.

Primary Responsibilities

On a day-to-day basis you will:

  1. Create marketing materials that promote Cobry’s products and services, including:
    1. Blogs
    2. Website optimisation
    3. Short and long-form video
    4. Social media
    5. Email marketing.
  2. Oversee all aspects of marketing, digital, design and social.
  3. Record both input and output metrics to assess marketing performance
  4. Lead marketing meetings for team alignment.
  5. Manage and implement marketing activities and digital campaigns with a view to supporting sales performance and strategy.
  6. Analyse the competitive environment and business trends.
  7. Create social content and monitor the performance of these channels.
  8. Plan and attend events - both third-party and Cobry-hosted ones
  9. Regularly assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and implement necessary changes or improvements.
  10. Liaise with the sales team to create relevant sales and marketing resources.
  11. Liaise with colleagues to develop client case studies.
  12. Maintain and update the Cobry website and Google resource site.
  13. Email marketing to current customers and prospects.
  14. Work with the wider team as a resource for content
  15. Drive the integration of AI tools into the marketing systems of the business

Qualifications and Experience that would help you in this role

  • A degree in Marketing or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in a startup or small business environment is a plus
  • Some proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms.

However, to succeed in this role, you don’t require any specific qualifications. We’re interested in drive, new ideas, and the ability to create value for the business.

Salary: £23,000 per annum
