We’re on the hunt for a dynamic, goal-driven Senior Account Manager ready to ignite our target account list! In this high-energy role, you’ll be supercharging existing relationships and sparking new ones, all while navigating high-value contracts and fuelling growth across a spectrum of products and services.

As a Senior Account Manager, your duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and expanding new and existing accounts.
  • Building and nurturing trusted relationships with new and existing accounts.
  • Selling multichannel marketing solutions that fulfil client goals and objectives.
  • Delighting clients with market-leading account management focused on client outcomes in line with business goals.
  • Increasing annual contract value (ACV) and average order value (AOV) across all existing accounts and developing a forward plan for new account growth.
  • Owning and executing long-term account plans with some of the world’s largest technology organisations.
  • Convincing clients to invest in new and innovative ways of engaging our audiences.
  • Collaborating with sales, marketing, operations, and content teams to execute account plans, deliver on solutions, and grow revenues.
  • Building a deep understanding of client needs to help create and contribute ideas and initiatives for new product, content, and marketing opportunities.

What we are looking for from you

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential responsibility satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

  • Proven and recent experience in consistently growing revenue from B2B organisations
  • Experience and success in building relationships with multiple stakeholders in client organisations.
  • Demonstrable consultative sales skills and experience.
  • Proven ability to influence and negotiate with senior marketing professionals.
  • A keen attention to detail and a planned approach to account growth.
  • A collaborative, creative spark with the ability to effectively work with other departments.
  • Ability to work effectively in a growing organisation with multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience of developing new revenue streams through creative content, multichannel digital marketing campaigns
  • Experience in increasing marketing solutions spend from large international B2B organisations.
  • Recent success in selling digital marketing solutions to the B2B technology industry is preferred but not essential.

Travel Expectations

This is a remote working role. Travel to international events will be a requirement of the role.

Other Skills and Abilities

Proficient in;

  • Microsoft Office 365 e.g Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams
  • CRM best practice (HubSpot)

Equipment Requirements

This is a home working role that requires you to provide some of your own equipment:

  • Broadband Internet (minimum 20 Mbps download / 10 Mbps Upload)
  • Office desk and chair
  • A suitable place to work that is noise and distraction free, warm and comfortable, and has a reliable electricity supply

Company supplied equipment includes PC, web camera, headset/speaker. All necessary software applications and licences.
