Now, we're on the lookout for a driven and forward-thinking Paid Media Manager to join our team. In this role, you'll spearhead our paid media efforts, shaping strategies and executing campaigns across various channels to drive business growth.   • Developing and implementing comprehensive paid media strategies across multiple channels, including paid search, paid social, display, and emerging platforms.
  • Conducting audience research and segmentation to identify target audiences and optimise campaign performance.
  • Creating and testing engaging ad creative, working with creative & marketing team to brief in assets, create compelling messaging, and precise targeting strategies to enhance engagement and conversion rates.
  • Executing effective paid search campaigns across various platforms, such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other search engines.
  • Performing keyword research and analysis to optimize campaign performance and drive qualified traffic to our website.
  • Monitoring and adjusting bidding strategies to maximize return on investment (ROI) and achieve campaign objectives.
  • Executing impactful paid social campaigns on platforms like Meta, LinkedIn Ads, Snapchat and Pinterest.
  • Conducting insightful A/B tests on audiences and creative, providing comprehensive findings on a monthly basis.
  • Creating new, more specific audiences by leveraging data from platforms like CRM platform Klaviyo and Google Analytics.
  • Managing display advertising campaigns, including A/B testing of standard display creative and exploring opportunities in new channels.
  • Identifying and exploring potential opportunities in other performance advertising channels such as radio, Spotify, and DAX.
  • Providing regular reporting and analysis of campaign performance, identifying valuable insights and optimization opportunities.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate tracking and attribution setup, utilizing tools like Google Analytics and Supermetrics.
  • 4 day working week (8:30-5:30 Monday – Thursday) at our HQ in Warrington, just off J11 of M56
