We are looking for a pro-active, independent and creative frontend web developer to improve the Chordify user experience, launch new ideas, and make a difference.

Chordify is a music e-learning platform that transforms any song into chords. With our state-of-the-art music technology, we reshape music education by creating affordable, engaging, and personalized products.

Who you are. You...

  • Have a proactive mindset
  • Are experienced with React.js, Redux and Typescript
  • Are a team player,
  • Are a CSS wizard,
  • Have a good feeling for usability,
  • Know how to use GIT version control,
  • Already live in The Netherlands and have good English communication skills,
  • Are passionate about your web technology and follow the latest developments and
  • Love music.

What you’ll do

Our work philosophy is simple: We believe in an autonomous workforce where everybody takes care of themselves and their work. We call it Chortonomy, where everyone does what they know best, and with all our skills combined we make Chordify. As a Web Developer you will work in different teams including the Web team responsible for keeping the Chordify website stable, secure, and smooth. The team is also responsible for streamlining how we improve our skills, write code, fix bugs, review, test, and create releases.

You will ...

  • Implement new features that will allow musicians around the world to live their music.
  • Come up with creative ideas on how to grow Chordify’s traffic, conversion and engagement.
  • Implement AB tests to continuously measure and optimize business and user value.
  • Conduct code reviews, provide and process constructive feedback.
  • Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.

Remote Working Policy

We offer remote working (but require some time in the office) and are a team of 37 and mostly based in Netherlands.
