Who we are
We’re Inventium, Australia’s leading behavioural science consultancy. Since 2007 we have equipped nearly a million people all around the globe with the tools to innovate and to optimise how they work.
We apply the latest findings from science (psychology, neuroscience, management science, and cognitive science) to help organisations unlock growth through innovation.
We do this through training, facilitation, general consulting, and assessment.

We are a diverse and fun bunch of Organisational Psychologists, Engineers, and Management Scientists.
Our real skill is in making behavioural science practical and relatable to the challenges you are facing. We also have energy and passion in spades, so you’ll love working with us from beginning to end. We may be small in size, but we are big in impact.
