Founded in 1984 by Louise Hay after her success with self-published bestsellers "Heal Your Body" and "You Can Heal Your Life," our company has grown into one of the largest independently owned mind-body-spirit enterprises. With offices in the US, UK, Australia, and India, we reach millions in over 35 countries, offering a diverse range of empowering products and resources.

Our mission is to support positive change in the world by helping people to grow in mind, body, and spirit. We publish many books, audiobooks, calendars, journals, and card decks, covering affirmations, energy healing, personal growth, and meditation. In addition to physical products, we offer inspirational online courses and virtual events, empowering individuals through education and inspiration. Our dedication to transformation extends to our self-publishing division, Balboa Press, empowering independent authors to share their voices.
