Cooptimize is a consulting firm organized under the principles of a worker cooperative.

Cooptimize enhances companies' Business Intelligence, primarily reporting from Dynamics 365 applications using Power BI and Azure Synapse.

• Manual Processes: Our robot, Kat, keeps this place running smooth.
• Secrets: We are all equal participants and make collective decisions. Complete transparency should be the default answer.
