From day one, we’ve committed 50% of company profits to climate action. To date the work we do for clients has helped us give over $500,000 to organizations like Climate Changemakers, Climate Nexus, WE ACT for Environmental Justice, and others.
We give 10% of profits to employees, and in 2021 we adopted a 32-hour week to give people more time to recharge away from work. We’re always looking for ways to support our team, including emphasizing work-life balance in company decisions and policies, discussing our current team’s best interests when planning how to grow, and providing a safe work environment where all people are welcome.
